Demo-tour catalog — focal reorder SKU, workshop/detective lines, and a few sample rows. Expand a product for pricing, attributes, and location split. The dense specialty-shop assortment belongs on the practice-owner surface after login.

Small demo catalog for the public tour (not a live shop assortment). Available can sell; Reserved is committed (hover a number for why — web/counter hold, deposit, workshop, etc.); Incoming / In transit are not sellable yet; Dashes mean none for that bucket. Unavailable status means nothing promiseable (holds only); the Unavailable column expands damaged, returns, and display. Status summarizes availability; Issue is workflow state plus the open problem link when a demo is attached. Click a column header to sort.
